Onur Kose Human Resources Consultancy has started operations in the UK officially in October 2020. Mr. Onur Kose managing all activities and operations as a sole trader. We can summarize Mr. Kose's background as follows
He started his professional life as a Human Resources Specialist at Renaissance Construction which is one of the largest companies in the construction sector in the city of Saint Petersburg, Russia. His main duties were payroll, recruitment, performance management, and training. Renaissance Construction was building a factory for Toyota and General Motor companies, And Mr. Kose was responsible for Human Resources processes for these two projects at different times. He had an opportunity to work with more than 15 different nations' colleagues for almost 1 and a half years and it gave him a new vision.
In next step of his career, he turned back in Turkey and had worked in 2 different construction company which has projects all over the world. These companies were 'Çalık Energy' and 'Gama Industrial'. Mr. Kose was working as a member of the Human Resources team as well as his previous experiences. He was responsible for ex-pat and inpat management for overseas projects. In the meantime, he started his master's degree at Ankara University and successfully graduated from it on 14.02.2018. His master's degree is in Human Resources Management and Career Counselling.
Mr. Kose was lately working for Karadeniz Holding which has the largest Powership Fleet all over the world as Payroll and Personnel Affairs Deputy Manager for more than a and half years. He is responsible for human resources operations which include, recruitment, contract management, compensation, and benefits, leave management, performance management, and assessment, payroll. His current duty requires traveling abroad and he is working with around 2000 colleagues in more than 25 different nations as well.
In addition to the above experiences, Mr. Kose has certificates in Human Resources Management, Time Management, Applied Entrepreneurship, and Payroll and Payroll Applications.
